Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at Unit E309, Galleria 40, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be a natural person of legal age.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the “Win a Trip to Athens Campaign _ Summer of 2023” (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (as a “Referrer”) for inviting your friends (as a “Referral”) to benefit from Menthum Services.
2. Campaign Period: May 1 to June 15, 2023.
3. You may invite your friends if you are an active Menthum customer.
4. For every Referral of yours who signs up during the Campaign Period and adds a minimum of EGP 1,000 to his/her Menthum account during the Campaign Period, you will get one entry in the prize draw.
5. The number of entries you receive in the draw will be equal to the number of your Referrals who sign up AND deposit a minimum of EGP 1,000 in their Menthum account, during the Campaign Period.
6. Each referrer and referral combination goes as an entry in the draw, i.e. the winning entry will contain both the referrer and his/her referral.
7. Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the draw. For instance, if you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the draw; or in case of closure of your or your friend's Menthum Account before the draw, you will not be entitled for the draw.
8. Menthum will conduct the prize draw in the latter half of June to select a lucky winner in a random pick.
9. The draw prize is a trip to Athens, Greece for you and your referral. We will pay for the return economy tickets to Athens, a 3-nights hotel stay in a double-occupancy room for you & your referral, and a total of EGP 10,000 equivalent to cover expenses including for travel visas to Greece for both the referrer and referral.
10. It is your responsibility to obtain the travel visas to Greece. In case, for any reason whatsoever, you cannot travel (e.g. inability to obtain the visa(s), etc.), you will forfeit the trip / prize.
11. The trip must be undertaken during July - August 2023. The exact days of travel, etc. will depend on the availability of tickets and hotel stay in Athens.
12. Menthum will pay for and facilitate the trip (e.g. hotel booking, etc.), but will not be responsible for any issues related to the trip, visa, flights, hotel stay, etc.
13. Menthum will contact the winners through a phone call on the registered mobile number in our records and invite them to our office to collect the prize within June.
14. In case the winner(s) is not able to accept the prize, for any reason, or if we could not contact them to collect the prize during the period above mentioned, Menthum may select another set of winners instead.
15. Menthum reserves the right to cancel the prize in the event the winner(s) does not visit our office on the appointed date and time to receive the prize.
16. If the winner wishes to receive cash in lieu of the trip, the referrer and the referral each will be given EGP 30,000.
17. By accepting these terms & conditions and entering the contest, the winners agree that Menthum reserves the right to use their names and pictures for marketing purposes.
18. Menthum employees or their first degree relatives are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
19. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.

The terms & conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the terms & conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
