Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at Unit E309, Galleria 40, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be a natural person of legal age.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the “Win an Apple iPhone 14” Campaign _ March 2023” (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (as a “Referrer”) for inviting your friends (as a “Referral”) to benefit from Menthum Services.
2. You may invite your friends if you are an active Menthum customer.
3. For every Referral of yours who signs up during March 2023 and adds a minimum of EGP 500 to his Menthum account during March 2023, you will get one entry in the prize draw.
4. The numbers of entries you receive in the draw is equal to the number of your Referrals who sign up during March 2023 AND deposit a minimum of EGP 500 in their Menthum account.
5. Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the draw. For instance, if you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the draw; or in case of closure of your Menthum Account before the draw, you will not be entitled for the draw.
6. Menthum will conduct the prize draw in April 2023 to select a lucky winner randomly.
7. The draw prize is Apple iPhone 14, without any accessories. The exact device specifications, color, etc. will depend on the availability in Egypt at the time of the draw. Menthum will not be responsible for any defects in or issues with the device.
8. Menthum will inform the lucky winner about the win and invite him to our office to collect the prize.
9. Menthum will contact the winner through a phone call on the registered mobile number with Menthum.
10. In case the winner is not able to accept the prize, for any reason, or if we could not contact the customer to collect the prize during the above mentioned period, Menthum may select another winner instead.
11. Menthum reserves the right to cancel the prize in the event the winner does not visit our office on the appointed date and time to receive the prize.
12. The winner is not entitled to request cash in lieu of the prize.
13. By accepting these terms & conditions and entering the contest, the winner agrees that Menthum reserves the right to use the name and picture of the winner for marketing purposes.
14. Menthum employees or their first degree relatives are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
15. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.

The terms & conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the terms & conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
