Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at Unit E309, Galleria 40, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be a natural person of legal age.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the "Summer 10k Bonus August 2023 Campaign" (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (the “Customer”) for adding money to your Menthum account.
2. Campaign Period: August 1 to August 31, 2023.
3. You can add money to your Menthum account if you are an active Menthum customer.
4. For every EGP 1,000 (net) you add to your Menthum account during the Campaign Period, you get one entry in the prize draw.
5. The number of entries you get in the draw will be equal to the rounded-down integer multiples of 1,000 (net) you add in your Menthum account, during the Campaign Period. If you add and withdraw money during September, only the net addition will be considered for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility. For instance, if you add EGP 5,600 and withdraw EGP 1,400, the net addition is EGP 4,200, fetching you 4 entries in the draw.
6. Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the draw. If you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the draw.
7. Menthum will conduct the prize draw in September to select a lucky winner in a random pick.
8. The draw prize is EGP 10,000, which will be credited to the winner’s Menthum account in September.
9. Menthum will contact the winner in September through a phone call on the registered mobile number in our records and may invite them to our office.
10. In case the winner is not able to accept the prize, for any reason, or if we could not contact them during the period above mentioned, Menthum may select another winner instead.
11. Using Menthum is deemed an acceptance of these terms & conditions, and the winner agrees that Menthum reserves the right to use their names and pictures for marketing purposes.
12. Menthum employees or their first degree relatives are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
13. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.

The Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
