Accounts Officer
Menthum is looking for a competent Accounts Officer to manage company accounts, banking operations and for preparing periodic financial reports.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in accounting, finance and banking operations. We expect you to be a reliable, math-minded and details-oriented professional.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Keeping and reconciling company accounts
• Processing banking transactions, in company accounts and for the customer transactions
• Managing payables to suppliers and receivables; maintaining updated record of invoices and receipts
• Processing payroll; calculating and processing associated taxes & dues
• Preparing periodic financial statements; Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Liaising with external auditors
• Supporting budgeting and expense management; optimizing expenses
• Making expense forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
• Analyzing revenue and expenditure variance

2-5 Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree
Finance & Accounting
