Marketing Manager
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing function, covering the entire spectrum from developing strategies to executing activities across various channels. The person will be responsible for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through effective marketing initiatives.

Responsible for leading and managing the marketing function, covering the entire spectrum from developing strategies to executing activities across various channels.

Responsibilities
•Define marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategies and objectives
•Establish a unique brand identity in line with the company’s vision; translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
•Devise innovative growth strategies
•Develop a marketing plan and own its implementation from ideation to execution
•Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns; Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPI
•Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
•Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
•Use appropriate software tools to fulfill company’s marketing & sales requirements
•Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, non-digital)
•Build and expand a highly efficient team of marketing professionals in tandem with business growth
•Establish and maintain a strong brand voice on social media
•Launch optimized online adverts through LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition; measure performance using a variety of web analytics tools
•Coordinate creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
•Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
•Plan and execute on-ground customer acquisition campaigns
•Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
•Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely
•Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, potential alliances and build strategic partnerships

Qualifications and Work Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field; MBA will be a plus
•3-8 years of proven experience in marketing, specifically in digital marketing and on-ground activities
•Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels
•Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
•Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
•Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
•Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
•Solid understanding of digital marketing and tools (CRM, MMP, funnel management, etc.)
•Analytical and creative mind
•Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
•Proficient in MS Office, etc.
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Arabic
