How:

1. Be among the first 100 people to deposit EGP 1 million or more in your Menthum account during December 2024.
2. Keep this additional deposit in your account for at least 30 days to qualify.

Important Details:

- Both new and existing individual customers are eligible.
- This offer is only valid for deposits made during December 2024.
- To qualify, you must deposit at least EGP 1,000,000 and keep it for a minimum of 30 days.

Terms & Conditions for Deposit Money and Dine at Four Seasons _ December 2024

Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at Unit E309, Galleria 40, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be an active Menthum customer.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the “Deposit Money and Dine at Four Seasons Campaign _ December 2024” (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (the “Customer”) for adding money to your Menthum account.
2. Campaign Period: December 1 – 31, 2024.
3. If you are among the first 100 customers who make a minimum deposit of fresh funds of EGP 1 million or more to their Menthum account during the Campaign Period and keep these fresh funds for at least 30 days, you will be eligible for a dinner voucher for two people at Zitouni restaurant, Four Seasons Nile Plaza, Cairo.
4. Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the campaign. If you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the reward.
5. This campaign can not be combined with any other special offers given to specific customers.
6. The voucher will be given to the eligible customers in January 2025.
7. Using Menthum is deemed an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and the customers who get the dinner vouchers agree that Menthum reserves the right to use their names and pictures for marketing purposes.
8. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.

The Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
