How to Earn the Bonus:

1. Deposit EGP 2 million or more into your Menthum account.
2. Keep this additional deposit in your account for 60 days to qualify.
3. Once you deposit the requisite amount, the bonus of EGP 10,000 will be credited in your Menthum account as 'unclear funds' (i.e. it cannot be withdrawn); status changed to 'cleared funds' (i.e. available for you to withdraw) in October, if the additional deposit stays in your Menthum account for at least 60 days from the day of deposit.

Important Details:

• You can withdraw money during this period but to receive the bonus, the additional deposit must stay above EGP 2,000,000 from the start date.
• This offer is only valid for deposits made in July.
• Both new and existing customers are eligible.
• To qualify, you must deposit at least EGP 2,000,000.

Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at Unit E309, Galleria 40, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be an active Menthum customer.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the “Deposit Money and Earn a Bonus Campaign _ July 2024” (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (the “Customer”) for adding money to your Menthum account.
2. Campaign Period: July 1 – 31, 2024.
3. If you deposit EGP 2 million of fresh funds to your Menthum account during the Campaign Period and keep these fresh funds for at least 60 days, you will earn the bonus of EGP 10,000. Refer to the accompanying examples for clarity.
4. Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the campaign. If you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the bonus.
5. The bonus money will be credited to eligible customer’s Menthum account in October.
6. Using Menthum is deemed an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and the customers who earn the bonus agree that Menthum reserves the right to use their names and pictures for marketing purposes.
7. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.
8. The customers who earn the bonus amount are responsible for tax liability, if any.

The Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
