Relationship Manager
Menthum is looking for a competent Relationship Manager to on-board clients, high net worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporates, on Menthum and manage relationship with them. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base and their balance with Menthum.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable and customer-centric professional with a results-driven approach.

Your broad goal is to identify potential clients and build long-term profitable relationship with them.

Responsibilities:

• Developing an effective sales plan to achieve targets
• Managing the entire sales and relationship cycle: from generate leads / referrals, identifying potential clients, on boarding them, growing their relationship value with Menthum
• Understanding prospective clients’ saving needs and determining if Menthum can fulfill them; introducing Menthum to prospective clients and introducing the benefits of saving with Menthum
• Responding to complaints and resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction
• Managing relationship with the existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, increase relationship value with Menthum and minimize attrition
