Terms & Conditions for “Add Money and Win Campaign _ June 2026”

Menthum Holding for Financial Investment S.A.E. (“Menthum”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian joint stock company with head office at 6(A) Street 23 Unit 3, Saryat Al Maadi, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The Campaign participant (“you”, “your”) should be a natural person of legal age.

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern the “Add Money and Win Campaign _ June 2026” (the “Campaign”). Your participation in the Campaign implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• The purpose of the Campaign is to reward you (the “Customer”) for adding money to your Menthum core account.

• Campaign Period: June 1 – 30, 2026.

• You can add money to your Menthum core account if you are an active Menthum customer.

• Menthum will conduct the prize draw on July 13, 2026 to select THREE lucky winners in a random pick. One for “Prize One” and one for “Prize Two” and one for “Prize Three”.

• The draw will be conducted under the supervision of a Ministry of Social Solidarity representative.

• The prize is EGP 100,000 (gross) for the winner of “Prize One”; and EGP 50,000 (gross) for the winner of “Prize Two” and EGP 50,000 (gross) for the winner of “Prize Three”. Applicable government taxes and fees will be deducted from the prize money and the net amount will be credited to the winner’s Menthum Core account in July.

• Eligibility: For every EGP 10,000 (net) you add to your Menthum Core account during the Campaign Period, you get one entry in the prize draw.

  • The number of entries you get in the draw will be equal to the rounded-down integer multiples of 10,000 (net) you add in your Menthum core account, during the Campaign Period. If you add and withdraw money during the Campaign Period, only the net addition will be considered for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility. For instance, if you add EGP 50,600 and withdraw EGP 14,400, the net addition is EGP 36,200, fetching you 3 entries in the draw.

• The winner will be excluded from the eligibility list for the subsequent draw; the purpose is to have three different winners.

• Menthum has the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for the draw. If you are deemed to be abusing or misusing the Campaign in any manner whatsoever, you will not be entitled for the draw.

• Menthum will contact the winners in July through a phone call on the registered mobile number in our records and may invite them to our office.

• Using Menthum is deemed an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and the winner agrees that Menthum reserves the right to use their names and pictures for marketing purposes.

• Menthum employees or their fourth-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

• The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be changed at our sole discretion, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the authorities responsible for supervising the competition and Consumer Protection Agency. In case of any doubt or dispute, Menthum’s decision will be final and binding.

• The winning customer bears the taxes and fees imposed by law resulting from prizes given to the relevant official authorities. Menthum will then deduct these applicable amounts and pay the resulting net amount to the customer.

The Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services are in addition to these Campaign Terms & Conditions. You must accept them along with these Terms & Conditions to use and benefit from Menthum Services and to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Terms & Conditions governing Menthum Money Market Fund and Menthum Services, the latter shall prevail.
